By creating an account profile or executing processing tasks on euca.app, you agree to comply with the following legally binding terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these parameters, do not utilize our platform interface.


1. Platform Access and Token Billing

  • EUCA provides automated e-commerce post-production layout and cropping utilities.

  • Access to the system is governed strictly by your active monthly subscription tier or on-demand credit pack tokens.

  • Consumption is logged natively inside our ledger arrays at a strict baseline metric of 1 credit per unique output file compiled for download.

  • For monthly recurring plans, any processing volume exceeding your allocation baseline automatically triggers our Automated Overage Billing loops, charged to your verified card via Stripe at your tier’s designated rate (e.g., A$0.79 per extra credit on the Seasonal Brand Pass).


2. Content Rights and Storage Vault Boundaries

  • You retain complete, absolute ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all source media files and lookbooks uploaded to our dashboard canvas.

  • EUCA holds an ephemeral, automated processing license solely to execute your structural cropping commands.

  • We do not long-term host, back up, or archive your original or formatted images beyond your tier's explicit historical vault window (14 to 90 days). It is your sole responsibility to export and secure your assets.


3. Infrastructure and System Liability Limitations

  • EUCA provides system data processing speeds via decoupled serverless GPU compute containers (Modal). While we maintain enterprise-grade concurrency safeguards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted system uptime or that every calculated margin matrix fits every niche external retail use-case.

  • We are strictly not liable for any lost sales, delivery delays, channel delistings, or indirect commercial damages arising from minor vector crop variances.


4. Account Security and Support Contacts


You are entirely responsible for protecting your secure magic login token paths. Sharing automated workspace keys across external unverified networks is strictly prohibited.
