EUCA ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

This policy outlines how we handle your personal details and image data in compliance with Australian (APPs) and international (GDPR) data frameworks.

1. Information We Collect

We collect data necessary to run our automated services. This includes account credentials, email addresses, and your custom studio brand presets (aspect ratios, padding limits). We also process transaction histories and billing metadata securely via Stripe, alongside general application usage metrics such as processing logs, IP addresses, and credit balances.

2. How We Handle Your Images

Your raw campaign images pass through our secure pipelines solely to execute your cropping and alignment instructions. Images are only cached temporarily to compile your download ZIP package and are automatically wiped from our active servers according to your plan's storage vault window. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your assets. We never use your images to train third-party machine learning models.

3. Data Sharing and Infrastructure

We do not sell your personal data. We only pass essential text configurations and media files to our secure infrastructure partners who run our systems: Modal and RunPod (For serverless GPU image processing clusters). Supabase (For encrypted user data tables). Stripe (For metered billing and checkout pipelines).

4. Your Data Rights

You have the full legal right to request a complete export of the data we store about your brand profile, or request the permanent deletion of your user account entirely. To trigger a data wipe, or to ask any privacy compliance questions, contact our operations desk directly at hello@euca.app.
